As a resident of Paseos for the past two years, I would rate the property 7 out of 10 stars. On a positive note, the community is clean and well-maintained. I have not experienced any issues with roaches, bed bugs, or other undesirable pests, which is very important and appreciated. I am giving 7 stars primarily because the amenities are frequently under repair or undergoing redevelopment, which can be inconvenient for residents who look forward to using them. Most importantly, the leasing office staff leaves much to be desired in terms of professionalism. However, I want to acknowledge someone who truly stands out — Claudia in the leasing office. She is authentic, professional, and efficient. She treats everyone with respect and makes residents feel valued, regardless of race, creed, or financial status. I went into her office yesterday, and she immediately made me feel welcome. In contrast, another staff member in the front office directed me to “take that rent check to Claudia,” pointed toward her office, and quickly rushed me away. The difference in customer service was very noticeable. People remember how one makes them feel. Keep Claudia forever!

Spoke with Eileen. She is so accommodating, professional, and proactive when it comes to maintaining their fitness center. It’s great to see how much they value keeping their residents’ gym in top condition. We’re proud to provide their Bi-weekly maintenance service and look forward to continuing our partnership!

I always have the pleasure of interacting with the property management team at Paseos at Montclair, and I can't speak highly enough about their outstanding customer service, particularly from Claudia Francis and Anely Flores. As a tenant who tends to have quite a few requests and needs, I truly appreciate their patience and willingness to assist me. Claudia and Anely consistently go above and beyond to ensure that my living experience is as comfortable as possible. Whether it's addressing maintenance issues or answering my numerous questions, they handle everything with professionalism and a friendly demeanor. We’ve gone through 3 management companies over the last 8 years, and Claudia has been the most patient and helpful property manager I’ve worked with. Through lease renewal, maintenance, and frustrations, I appreciate that she listens and offers solutions or information. The human reminder that the people here with us are not at fault when the corporations frustrate us. Also huge shout out to all the maintenance staff. The community areas are always fresh! And folks are always prompt, professional, and most notably, kind. They really make this place feel like a community through all the changes that happpend.

No good deed goes unpublished. I've lived here for a couple of years now, this place has changed ownership and management has rotated a couple of times now. But one person has managed to stay and that is Claudia. She has always gone above and beyond for my family and I. She always has a great attitude and helpful when issues arise.

After living at Paseos for 10 months, we decided to move to a larger apartment and start a transfer process and we were so lucky to meet Faith! She guided us perfectly through every step, helped us visit several apartments, and was always available, pleasant, and incredibly friendly. We instantly felt comfortable with her, and thanks to her, we finally found the apartment that truly fits our needs. We’re really happy living here. Even though there has been a management change that left us a bit unsure at first, we can clearly see the efforts being made to improve things. And honestly, Faith has been absolutely amazing, professional, kind, and genuinely caring. As French residents who have lived our entire lives in Europe, having access to such a welcoming and supportive community is something very rare back home. We honestly think that many people living here don’t realize how fortunate they are to have this kind of environment. Of course, nothing is ever perfect, and we’re aware of that but for us, this place truly feels like a blessing. We feel a deep sense of gratitude, and Paseos remains a beautiful community that we genuinely appreciate.

Francisco was wonderful. I give him five stars because he's very knowledgeable in everything that he comes to fix. He's very respectful and he does his work quick. I would definitely recommend and hope that Francisco will be the one to come help and to provide maintenance for us when it is needed.

Excellent service from Maintenance Supervisor, Carlos. He was prompt and proficient in getting our kitchen sink unclogged and installed a new garbage disposal. I definitely would recommend his services to anyone in need of great professional service.

The move in went well. There were some things that were not followed through. It took too long for maintenance issues to be addressed.

I wanted to share my recent experience with moving out from the Paseos at Montclair North after living here for 15 months. The only reason I moved was because of a new job in Orange County, so the commute was too far for me. I had an easy move out experience. I’m not sure what the other reviews are saying regarding your deposit not getting returned, but I did get mine returned within 21 days after moving out. I received $217 of my $400 deposit back - about $70-$80 of that was my last month of utilities that the property manages. I made sure to clean my apartment very well, and even washed my patio, which I’m sure contributed to me getting some of my deposit back. I thought the remaining $100ish was fair to take out. One thing I wish they would do better is better communicate the move out procedures. You do have to go to the office 60 days before the end of your lease and sign paperwork if you want to move out, which they do not specify in the lease or in the renewal paper, so make sure to talk to them! I also got my renewal offer 63 days before the end of my lease, which did not leave me much time to decide… just a note for the leasing team to maybe give tenants a little bit more time. Other than that I really enjoyed living here and would live here again if I needed to move back to the area.

Update! Claudia is so helpful she’s the only one that really helps me whenever I have problems and for that reason alone I’m changing my review. She’s helped me with my packages and with pest control. Kind of upset with the service of the leasing office. I just moved here and have called multiple times but no one ever answers. Then there have been plenty of times I have walked over there but they’re closed even when it’s well within the hours they should be open. I’m having an issue with my packages and I’m not sure if people have been stealing them or what but I haven’t been able to talk to them about it. I even had some furniture delivered and I went to leasing office to ask if they’ve seen it, one of the ladies in there was very dismissive towards me and then I found out that they did have my package. I’ve also had things delivered to the lockers but they weren’t properly explained to me on how to use them so I can’t even open them. The maintenance doesn’t know how to deal with it either which I just find to be unhelpful. I do think they have a pest issue like the reviews say I have hardly any food in my apartment because like I said I just moved here and I keep finding bugs. It’s just really unfortunate because I think this is a really pretty complex but I didn’t read the reviews before moving in and I wish I had.

The customer service I received was excellent. The leasing director, Anely, went above and beyond when it came to assisting me with my application, signing my new lease agreement, and setting up accounts. Very beautiful property, Im excited to be a part of it!

The exterior of the grounds are kept very nice however they need to keep better care of the interior areas

I was disappointed to learn that I was given a unit that had not had the flooring upgraded. When I came for a showing, I was told that I would be getting a unit just like the model that I was shown which had new wood flooring, no carpet.

Request was complete within 30 mins of making the request. Speedy and accurate.

I am beyond impressed with my new beautiful apartment at the Paseos in Montclair North offering both comfort and elegance. The location is another plus being just minutes away from the 10 and the 210 freeway makes commuting a breeze , and the near Metrolink Station is fantastic option for those who prefer public transportation. I love that Montclair Plaza and variety of restaurants are right across the street within walking distance, along with movie theaters for those relaxing weekend nights. It’s truly a hub of activities yet the community maintains a peaceful atmosphere. Safety is always a priority for me and I feel incredibly secure at the Paseo in Montclair North. The staff is vigilant and there are measures in place that ensure residents can feel at ease in their homes. Speaking of staff I cannot command them to enough, especially Claudia. She goes above and beyond to make sure that all residents are happy and comfortable . Her friendly demeanor, and willingness to help with any issues truly sets this apartment complex apart. . Overall, I highly recommend my apartment complex for anyone looking for a wonderful place to live with excellent amenities, safety unbeatable Location and managed by the best of the best. I don’t usually write reviews, but after seeing some of the negative comments prior to moving in, I feel compelled to share my positive experience. The community deserve to be recognized for the outstanding service and dedication.

The staff are super helpful and kind, I initially spoke to Stephanie in regards to the lease, she scheduled a viewing for me right away since I was in was looking to move right away she was very friendly and pleasant to talk to, then I worked with Katlin regarding my application and documentation, she was very helpful and helped me expedite all my paperwork. They I finally dealt with Claudia, she help with finish everything I needed so that I could move in and make sure that all my utilities were connected prior to my move is. Overall they we all very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.😀 Thank you Ladies

Our dedicated front office gave us a wonderful Oktoberfest party. With exemplary hospitality from Claudia, Beth, and Jorge. Bringing children activities such as a jumper, face painting, good music, and delicious food and drinks. Alcohol included for the adults! Our front office staff is and has always been the best!

First of all, let me just say that I have been renting a home for 15+ years and it is a necessity for me to downsize to a smaller apartment. Jade is a GEM! So, I contacted The Paseos in the am and quickly got a response from Jade asking if I was able to come in for a tour in the next hour. 🫶🏽 I drove straight over and let me just say that Jade took me on the BEST leasing tour that I have ever been on in my life. Jade’s professional demeanor was outstanding with such a hint of confidence and enthusiasm. I was simply in awe. Please note that the aesthetics, interior design and amenities at The Paseos most definitely makes you feel nothing but nostalgia and class! There are so many communities that people can choose to live, let this one be a consideration. I truly enjoyed the process and Jade, the leasing Agent was truly amazing to me and my wife. She gave a thorough tour and really gave me a great experience of a peaceful place to live. Jade is truly great at making people feel comfortable and welcome before you even apply! I love it here.

We’ve been here for over a year now and just renewed our lease. So far everything has been good, with some minor issues but overall still good. We recently rented the clubhouse and we were lucky enough to be taken care of by Jade, she is both professional and kind. She answered every question we had without rushing us. As a resident who has lived at this complex for over 7 years, I am glad to report of the excellent service I received. Recently I phoned the office of Paseos at Montclair North's to place a maintenance request (for replacement of my microwave oven and garbage disposal). I was informed they would expedite my request and within 3 days I received both a new microwave oven and a new garbage disposal. Thank you.

This review is for Jade in the office, she is amazing! She was always so attentive and quick to resolve any issues we had in our unit. She was also always so nice and made sure that my roommates and I felt comfortable living in our apartment!

The Paseos is a pleasant and quiet community. Each apartment includes several features that are both useful and convenient, one example is the keyless entry system. Permit parking can be difficult on weekends and occasionally on weeknights. Maintenance order are handled quickly and leasing staff is communicative and prompt. We've been here about a month and we are very happy to be a part of the community.

This review is for Jade in the leasing office; this girl is amazing. She is the sweetest person there and she’s always got a huge smile on her face every single time I see her. She has never failed to help me with an issue (carbon monoxide alarm, getting locked out of my apartment to name a few…) and she made sure I was happy at the end. She does the absolute best with what she has. The community itself could use some upgrades within the units but that’s totally out of Jades hands and she gives a luxury experience nonetheless. She’s definitely my go-to person. When she isn’t there, I will actually leave and wait for her to come back. That’s how much I enjoy working with her.

I really enjoyed my experience with Jade in the leasing office. She was our main point of contact and took great care of us. We also appreciate the efforts of Betty and Claudia. The maintenance crew is also top notch. There is little to no delay. They fix issues immediately. We are thoroughly enjoying our new home here and look forward to utilizing more of the amenities, and engaging in community events.

The Paseos is a beautiful and convenient community I truly love living here and the staff is very pleasant and informative I like the resident portal which make dealing with everything very convenient. The community is quiet I have no issues with neighbors and feels very safe. 2/26 I’ve lived here for 3 years and love it! Always on going updates and Great resident activity program with activities coffee holiday fun Christmas for pets. All maintenance request are handled right away the maintenance and grounds are safe.
